Parag Khanna is a young American academic with a big world view.
The United States' dominance is over he says. And the 21st century will be controlled by a trio of superpowers -- the United States, China and the European Union -- who will fight for influence in the so-called "second world" regions such as Eastern Europe, Latin America and the Middle East.
His research took him around the world and this week on The Interview he tells Carrie Gracie about his findings and what the new world order will look like.
